Weekend Question (9): Buying Books


Weekend Question is hosted at Liz at Cleverly Inked. Every weekend, a bookish question will be asked.

This week I made up a question. Liz is undergoing personal things right now, so I'll be making up my own questions to answer. Best of luck, Liz--

Weekend Question:

What kind of book buyer are you?

Explanation: Book splurger, conservative, impulse buyer, organised planner, do you buy in certain bookstores, online?

I do a lot of everything, I'd like to believe. I normally only buy a few books at a time, if any, and I try to plan ahead of time and decide what I'll buy. I do usually buy my books online, because it's cheaper.

I buy books in all sorts of ways all of the time. I shop at chain stores, indie stores, used booksellers, online, and even buy from other bloggers. I love to read and it's my one true addiction. At least it's good for my brain instead of bad. Thanks for asking!

I'm impulsive. I rarely buy books because I have this thing about having books that I REALLY love for my personal library so if I buy something, I have to reallllyyyy love it, lol. I usually just walk into stores and pick something at random, something that calls out to me xD

I am a book splurger! I am absolutely lacking self-control when it comes to books. Just yesterday I ordered 6 books online.... I love bookstores but prefer to buy books online.

I do a lot of all those categories as well. But usually, if I walk into a bookstore, I feel as if I HAVE to buy something, haha. The books call to me and I can't leave without one :D
